Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Noise of dog continuous barking at midnight

Sir, I'm living in Delhi and our street dogs are continuously Barking without any reason at midnight there is so much disturbence at night due to this we are not able to take proper sleep and they litter any where in our street and make our steet unhygienic, so kindly solve our issue .
