This is to inform you that one person are converting commercial shops in residential area on unauthorised portion without any approval. Which is creating a lot of problem to neighborhood.As he converted house no. A-75, GROUND FLOOR, NEW MOTI NAGAR to unauthorized/Illegal shops. This residental area is 20 sq. mtr passed by DDA/ DUSIB but this house already encroached 80 sq. mt and now converting this house into a shops but no one is stopping this illegal construction. Illegal commercial activity ongoing in residential area causing nuisance and problems to residential neighborhood. When confronted the owner threaten the general public by means of money and muscle power by claiming that MCD and Police are bribed and no complaint from whomsoever will come up for hearing.It is Pertinent to state here that these illegal shops are operating without following any process or permissions required from the concerned governments department in a residential area.It is also pertinent to mention here that allowing such activities within residential area as well as the public paths are restricted under Delhi master plan. And there is a several time to time guidelines comes from High Court of Delhi and Supreme Court of India. By this, you are requested to take appropriate and necessary action over this complaint for the welfare of the locality and visitors at above mentioned locality.Request you to kindly take some immediate action to stop these activities and remove encroachment.
