Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — open drain/sewage left side for weeks

Address: 225-B, Lane No.8, Ghaffar Manzil, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi, 110025

I live at ghaffar manzil and there are multiple uncovered drains where floes sit and breed resulting into harmful diseases. Moreover, whenever the drains are cleaned, the sewage is left outside for weeks.
Mcd has clearly overlooked this area and is not much concerned towards the well being of the residents of this area.
I want an action for the drains to be covered immediately.
