Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — overpopulation of stray dogs

I have complaint of two streets that have very much stray dogs, and they are also aggressive.
First street which going from main road ganesh nagar pandav nagar complex from in front of gurudwara and aggarwal sweets to end of the street having alot of dogs you can't even do through there at night time dogs are going to eat you alive (Actually they act like it) but they didn't harm anyone.
Second street behind hanuman mandir 8 dogs are there at night doing # everywhere, making noises. That r to much.
If you can just decrease there number that would bhi a big help. Actually relocate them only, i am against violance and any kind of harm to animals. I love them bt sometimes they can be a big pain.
