Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Parking issue in front of my residence

We are facing problem in entering and exiting our cars from our in-house parking due to illegal parking in front of our main gate. The persons park their vehicle don't even stay in same area and just park their vehicle which creates more problem as we dont even know how to contact them. With "Swatch Delhi" app we uploaded Pics however there was no action. Is there any way to mitigate this issue as there was a rule in place "if a person has no space to park should use commercial parking". Our Address is R-225A, Vani Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 59. Its the issue of everyday and some political persons are also involved to support this.. We just request that nobody should park in front of the building. Thanks in advance if there is any action happened as we have submitted same request on another sites too but nothing happened till now.
