Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Person who throw. garbage on street

i am resident of od mahabir nagar, Tilak Nagar area

I have complaint of my neighbour who daily throw garbage from 3rd floor to garbage vehicle and many of time their garbage thrown in street after that they do not come to pick it up

Is it a right platform to file such types of complaint or is there any other channel i should connect ?
