Sir, I'm a student preparing for UPSC Civil services examination in delhi and living in Karol bagh area . This is to inform you that everyday after my late night studies in library and go back to my hostel situated at a distance approx 400 meters away from my library and i have to deal with numerous dogs on my way sometimes it takes me more then half an hour way to my hostel because there are everywhere dogs and they bark all together soo i have to take a long walk of about 3 km to just reach a distance which is only 400 meters away from me . Yesterday i was just on my way to my hostel and suddenly the dogs around me started barking on me they were around 20 t0 25 dogs and after that i was feared and 3 dogs together attacked on me and bite-sized around 4 different places on my legs i was lucky enough that an old respectful citizen was coming on that way with his car he blew the horn the dogs ran away and that man took me immediately to the hospital. This is to inform you that i might have been in more danger i don't know what would have happened to me if that man wouldn't have came to save me i just want to tell you CM sir or whoever is reading this complaint just think once what would have u done or what would have been your reaction if there were your children instead of me, I'm like your child only please help me if you will not do anything i will regularly have to waste me 2 to 3 hour of studies just to reach early to my hostel and my this time is much precious as you know i can't even waste my 1 hour of studies. Kindly help sir.
