Hi - i am facing lots of issue while trying to update birth certificate issued to me for my son. Father & mother name updated in the certificate is wrong and for getting the same corrected i submitted all necessary documents alongwith application in rohini, mcd office - infront of rohini west metro station. Its more than 6-7 months post submitting all necessary documents i am still waiting to get updated certificate. Everytime when i visit to mcd office, people over there simply ask to get the same checked online and when i am trying to check the same, getting pop up - no records found (Same is getting checked through existing certificate issued at the time of birth). This is really painful and shocking that a simple updation in certificate is taking this long time and that too in this modern digitalization era, where we are competiting with other countries. Would request if my complaint can be addressed and issue gets resolved
