Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Regarding Septic Tank Noise

With due respect I raise my concern regarding Septic Tank noise in early morning at 7am.
We have right to have a peaceful morning not a morning with noise pollution, it's really disturbing when we work late hours in night so plz do something really needed your help.
