Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that street dogs are troubling people in pitampura specially area near sachdeva public school pitampura, and even in dp market and may areas if you count the number of dogs you l get to know what we are facing. They do not allow people to walk on road and after 7 they start barking abd bitting people who are walking alone. They attack in number of 10 or more and nobody can help. Kindly look into this and catch them they have bitted many people.
