I have placed a rfid in my vehicle no. Dl1lab-4393 on may 2019 and since 13.09.19 i am requesting number of time by sending mail at [protected]@gmai.com for change my vehicle pass status from monthly mode to trip mode as my vehicle doesn't move much outside delhi and for that i have loss if i pay monthly for rs.3000

And they are charging 3 times of the mcd fee if i am not charging my rfid tag before passing the mcd barrier... Pls do the needful in this

I have everything on my papers like legal docs and rfid tag then why should i pay such 3 times charges for negligence of mcd people's
