Respected Sir, I, Mahima, resident of A-299 Vikas Puri, New Delhi, would like to your attention towards the drains in my locality that are over flowing. There is no place to walk on the road. Water has reached the ramps of the houses. The situation becomes worse every year due to heavy rains. I request you to please get the drains cleaned at the earliest. Thanks
