Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — sewer clogged or blocked

Hello sir i live in gardhi, east of kailsh, the sewer in front of my house is getting clocked day by day and also someone is also constructing their house just opposite to the sewer which lead their debris to enter into the sewer and making the situation more worse which couses dirty water to flow in my home it is really uncomfortable to live in this condition i request you to please take some actions against it. It will be really helpful
