Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — shop encroachment

Address: NAMKEEN CORNER, DDA FLATS, KALKAJI, New Delhi, Delhi, 110019

I would like to bring to your notice that shop at, dda falts (Namkeen corner), new delhi 110019 has encroached on footpath. The owner of shop has misusing footpath and block the way to enter neighbours to their home. Despite various mcd officials have visited but they have not taken any action against him. No other shops in that area are encroached on road then why no strict action is being taken against this person.
