Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — stray cow nuisance in ashok vihar

We are facing a huge problem regarding stray cows as they are creating nuisance b4 block, phase 2, ashok vihar. Every morning 10-12 cows are left by thier owner at this location. As this is a residential area these cows are cause of everyday traffic, littering and nuisance. Number of complaints have been filed but no action has been taken yet. This is not how swach bharat abhiyaan is supposed to work.
Therefore, i request you to please take necessary action against this terror creating by stray cattle and there men's.
