A stray dog, coloured white with brown patches on it is bleeding. And has a eye full of fungus. Please help him as soon as possible. He had been bleeding since the morning of 27th september 2019.
I have a allergy that is why i couldn't help him. And no one else is helping him either.
He will die if not helped as soon as possible. Please help... Please help... Please help
