Sir,
I am hav umesh ck, serving in indain army, senabhawan, new delhi. I am a resident of pocket c 2, mayur vihar ph 3, delhi. I would like to draw your attention towards the stray dog menace in our pocket. There are mainly 3 dogs in our area which are always barking and biting people who are returning from their work during night. These dogs have even attacked me several times, but by luck i escaped and was not bitten. Because of these dogs even children can't get out from their homes. Even during night 10 to 15 dogs gather together and bark at each other depriving our sleep. There are mainly 3 dogs which are wild and crazy and these dogs bark and provoke other dogs also. As you know nowadays due to covid 19 pandemic people are maximum avoiding hospital visits... So if we get injured by these dogs, it would become very difficult for us.
