Dear Sir/Madam, we residents of LIG Flats, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi-110076 (Near Dairy Farm) are facing horrible situation due to many stray dogs. These dogs have bitten many people of the residents and are continue biting the many children. The residents are unable to walk here and there in the colony due to the fearful situation created by these stray dogs. Please look into the matter seriously.
