In pitampura delhi area dogs population has increased alot .They bark at night create nuisance and in day time also they are bitting children and people .In last week they have bitten 4to 5 people in pd block pitampura.Children cannot play and people cant even walk on roads.if this continues time is not far when only dogs will be found on street and no humans.Afterall these society and flats are built for them and not for humans .Government should allot area for humans to live, coz they cant take any action on dogs.If any cruelty is done on animal, immediate action is taken then why no actions when humans are bitten .Human life is not important?
