In our area people get there cows every morning and the whole day the cows are roaming in our streets, cows ### every where and our small children canât roam on the streets as they feel scared. Request you to take necessary action.
Also lot of street dogs are present on our street who have bitten lot of children and adults in our area.

I want to make a complaint regarding a cow near to my residence in Chhatarpur region Delhi whereby a cow owner leaves a cow in the morning and cow keeps crying all day standing in rain without shelter which is hard to see like that. i request the concerned authority to look into this matter seriously and do the needful things. animals are also part of our society . thank you
