The number of street dogs have increased a lot in block 4 around my area . The dogs scare the public and start biting every time any passes . There have been cases of people being severely injured due to dog biting . A small kid almost 5 years old who was just standing outside her house was bit badly by the dogs today .
Please get the dogs removed from our area
