1. Please be informed that i am staying at house in east delhi, delhi. It is a joint property owned by my mother, wherein i live along with my family on ground floor and on the first floor of the house my brother, his wife and their son lives.
2. My sister in law along with her son are illegally keeping and feeding four stray dogs in the common area of the house including the staircase, common area of first floor and terrace of the common house.
3. These four stray dogs are street dogs not owned by anyone, nor they have been vaccinated or tamped or licensed to anybody. They illegally fed these dogs inside the house in the common area. These four dogs are eating, urinating, defecating and vomiting inside the common are of the house only.
4. We are facing a threat of lives of been bitten by these stray dogs, we are not able to live freely and safely more around in our house. We have to regularly clean the vomiting and # of these stray dogs.
5. We have tried a number of times to settle this dispute amicably but every time they abuse us and threat us with dire consequences and breaking our bones, thatâs why i have also got a cctv camera installed at the ground floor of house.
6. These four stray dogs have tried to attack and cut legs with his teeth of myself and my family members including my maid as they try to go towards the terrace of the house through common staircase.
7. I request that necessary legal action be taken on my complaint as per the law.
