The request is that i am a resident of durga park district and want to inform you that a person named bisambhar dayal in street number 14, whose address is rz-2f / 190 street number 14 is this address (Near palam) new delhi-110045 and he before the police connivance, he erected the wall in the middle street unknowingly and started planting trees along that wall, due to which the way to my house was completely closed, which i complained to action in mcd and given the commissioner in writing 30/10/2019 and did not take any action on that yet. A person named bisambhar dayal is in the police and keeps threatening the police, i can do nothing for me. my humble request to you is to remove the person who has encroached in the street.
