I stay at j block vikas puri 110018 house number j8.. The person who has been alloted this duty is not doing their job and don't turn up to collect garbage bags...in this corona virus time this garbage will create germs and infection.. If we tell her we'll change our garbage person she misbehaved saying this is my area no one can take my place
