Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — too many stray dogs

I am a resident of Sadatpur Delhi-94.
The population of stray dogs in my street has increased so much to about 8-9 dogs. They keep on barking on every person who crosses the street. Due to the dogs small children can not go on street. The dogs keep barking whole day making so much noise on whole street. I want MCD to do something of these dogs
