Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Too many streat dogs - barking all night - Kids not able to sleep

We have too many street dogs now in our street and they bark all night. Due to this our kids are not able to sleep at all and its impacting their health day by day. It would be great if they can be moved to any shelter. Appreciate all your help on this. Thanks!
