Heavy rain cause always scary for us

flood on our ground floor flat in
D7-7196/ and D7-7058
vasant kunj
All rain water came inside our flat...

Drainage lines are blocked with trees roots...
Thats why water can't flow easily...

Plz do something... For cleaning the lines..
Iam attaching some photos ..
U can see which kind of problem we have to be faced in heavy rains...
