There are almost 30-40 cats that are now creating a threat to area people and kids. Cats have doing potti everyones door steps and everywhere in the area also growing at a high rate. There are over 80 kids in the area who are scared of the attack. We have also raised a complaint to the families who is feeding food but they abusing us. I am Mahesh Kulkarni, staying in MbPT officers colony near Sassoon dock, Colaba. There are many cats in our colony causing lot of trouble and nuisance. They ### and piss any where and every where and scratch and spoil the seat covers of 2 wheelers.

I am a resident of Kshatriya Niwas, Sitladevi Temple Road, Mahim, Mumbai 400016.
We the residents of the above society require your assistance in tackling the cat menace in our society premises. There are about 5-6 stray cats regularly littering and dirtying the society compounds and staircases. They also defecate in front of the main doors of our apartments making it literally impossible to walk through. There is a bad odour and unhygienic conditions in the society.
Also these cats continuously scream all throughout the night causing disturbance to one and all. There are many senior citizens, students and patients not getting proper rest due to this cat nuisance.
We have made many attempts to solve this problem and as a last resort we seek your assistance.Kindly look into the matter urgently. Thanking you in advance

There are many cats that are being fed by a local ladies and are now creating a threat to the society members and kids. Cats have started jumping into the floor stairs and remove the garbage from the dust bins which is spread in the passages . cats are crawling day and night and it is difficult to sleep. There are over 20 kids in the society who are scared of the attack. We have also raised a complaint about the society but so far no actions are taken. So many society members are feeding food which is spread all our in the society compound. We kindly request you to please clear these cats.

CATS PROBLEM

Hi we are residents of Sarvodaya Rajesh chsl at jogeshwari east. Due to the fact that certain residents feed stray cats, the menace of these stray cats has increased at an alarmi5rate in our society. People feed these cats in building passages and these cats defecate in the common spaces and doorway of residents. This is an appeal to the bmc to make necessary policies to rid the buildings of such antisocial building residents. If people must feed the cats they must keep them domesticated at gheir homes. Also cleaning their faeces must be these people's duties. Pl help
