We didn't receive our last bill because of lockdown, not even got any message from MCG to pay the bill. The person who came for reading, took the photo of closed shutter. Meter is outside the shop but didn't open it and checked the reading. When we received our next bill then we checked arrears of 650 rupees. The last bill we paid till reading 370. Now we got the bill with old reading 370 to 378. Then how the arrears of 650 raised. Last bill which we not paid written meter dead which I checked online. And in this bill written meter working. Howz it is possible. Means MCG not checking anything at all the sending the bills. Please make our bill correct so that we can pay the amount. I shall be thankful to you.
