Municipal Corporation Of Lucknow — dog dead lied

A dog has been lied here since 2 days and no action has been taken so far so we locals has put soil over its body... Is municipality waiting it to get rotten nd smell to spread badly... It is going to make health issues for locals here... Kindly get it removed from here.
