Municipal Corporation Of Nashik — resolution of deliberate loading of outstanding on house property tax

I was the licensee of shop number 5, station fruit market, nashik road since 1993. I had paid a security deposit of rs 10000 for the same & nmc was levying rent per month for the same.in august 2015, these shops were termed as encroachment & subsequently razed during kumbh fair. Instead of assisting us relocate, nmc put the outstanding amount on our residential property tax.
Repeated pleas to deduct the breakage charges & deduct the deposit have fallen on deaf ears, as there has been no co-operation from their end.

It may be noted that this amount does not pertain to property tax & we are willing to pay the same, but instead of assisiting us resolve this issue, interest is being levied on the amount & now the original amount of rs 36000 has risen to 56000.

I hope that the corporation resolves the matter amicably instead of harassing us after snatching our only livelihood.
