Municipal Corporation Of Navi Mumbai — nmmc website not working

I am trying to pay my property tax but web site is not working. The problems are started after conversion of web address from www.nmmconline.com to www.nmmc.gov.in now who will be the responsible if we could not pay it within due date because administration is ready to blindly impose the penalty knowing the fact. Please help to resolve the problem as early as possible or do not penalize the customer.
