While the suit is pending in the Magistrate Court regarding the land Survey No. 82 B at Kalyan-Sheel Road, behind Shiva Hotel at Daighar Village, Chintamani Nagar, the local people are creating a chain o[censored]nauthorized construction on a large scale along with the inexperienced builder lobby of Mumbra. Such large scale unauthorized construction without any responsibility without maintaining any copy houses are sold just to make money from people and such houses are demolished after just 10 years and the latest example of this is the collapsed Jayanta tower building at Kalyanphata in Daighar village. The Diva Ward Committee here is considered to be a big gang of Thane Municipal Corporation who eats money.
