Kindly note that we had received very poor quality of Moria from the market.

batch details are as follows;

Batch no. - 06.21PFM
Mfg.date - 30/jun/20
Exp. Date - 30/sep/20

Complaint observation:
we had bought this moria in 500gm quantity from the retail shop and when we had open this pack it was found with so many insects and caterpillar in side the packet.
Kindly note that packet was fully sealed with airtight sealing however still found insects in the packets.

Concern quality person had discussed the matter and ensure the proper CAPA for the implementation and to avoid such type of incidence in future firm had taken proper action hence the complaint states as closed.

Company representative had already contacted us and provide satisfactory response on preliminary stage as well as provide CAPA action in writing through email communication.

I hope that all will be implemented as soon as possible to avoid future corse of action.

Based on that telephonic and email communication this complaint can be closed.
