Respected Sir,
Some resident of my colony constructed illegal hump in the middle of the street.This causes accumulation of water in the street and mosquitos are breeding on the stagnant water. Further, the level of my house is same as street, which may cause flooding in my house in case of rain due stopage of natural flow of water from the street. You are requested to remove this illegal hump from the street .
