A BABA Metro Fast Food Chinese Restaurent at Chattra Marg, outside Vishwavidyalya Delhi Metro parking. This restaurent is a permanent stucture made of steel sheets covering more than size of 15x10 sq. ft. with permanent electricity connection and unauthorised/ stolen Delhi Jal board water connection with a in built kitchen using domestic LPG cyclinders. The roof is used for accomadation as beds for sleeping purpouse of its nepali staff. This restaurent is on pavement of most busiest entrance of Delhi University causing obstruction to the pedistrian students every day Every day lot of students face problems crossing from this narrow footpath area mostly encroach by the above chinese chowmein trolley permanetly standing there for last 3 years. At evening it serves to vechicles with people drinking alchool in cars parked on roadside again blocking traffic. We have made lots of compalints many times to MCD, Police Comm., Lt.G. but nothing happens against money power of this encroachment owner. He has 2-3 more such encroachments running in Rajouri Garden etc. of similar style. Please let us know whom should we contacted to remove such people who are regular offenders. Delhi University took 3 years in High Court to remove this fellow from in front of School Of Open Learning while Comman Wealth Games 2010.
