Murugaprakash.v — Re- Tata aceHT-a/cno:[protected]-Unnessary charges for regular paying customer

sir, I purchased TATAACE HT in 2012 December. Till date i am paying all the installment premiums correctly. Last premium paid on 14.11.2013 through Syndicate bank challan given by tmf. Now i am having following problems, * For not paying throug ecs yor collecting fine. your sales persons informed us to pay the amount through Syndicate bank( after the cheques were over which was given by me.) But now they are charging fine for that. This is not my mistake how can i pay fine for the same. *Next I am paying the dues correctly. now your company is asking to pay additional amount of 4000 add rupees. Why should i pay. i am paying the amount as per the contract you are asking to pay more amount and you are sending collection people means it is unfair. I did't expect this kind of activities from your company. yesterday i called your toll free number they are telling that i paid only 10 installments(but i paid 11 installments) . so i thing the company is also not having proper data also. i need immediate actions regarding this issue.
