Sir I ordered combo earbud and earphone set for rs 1699 from musicmad.com site (pics attached). But I received a substandard quality headphone (qty 01) of MRP 749.00 When I tried to approach the appropriate channel I was not able to contact as the number and mail id mentioned in the bill was not responding. Sir this is a matter of serious concern. I then raised my issue to the company named (SHIP ROCKET) who delivered the parcel, but they denied to help us in any aspect. Sir this is not the matter of my 1699 rs. But when later I followed the same company reviews online I came to knw about the consistent fraud done by the same company to many customers. I being a serving soldier of Indian Air Force had such a pity feeling for this happening that I wanted to bring it in your notice. I have attached the required screenshots and parcel pics. It is a humble request to please look into the matter and take appropriate actions against this FRAUD.
