In the month of oct 2018, i have taken admission for driving school for 21 days @ below mentioned address:-, & till date i have not completed the same, however at the time of admission lots of false commitment & miscommunication is there from the internal staff.
1st the lady who worked @ front desk, she left the organization, so she have not done properly handover to next lady & she was not aware about anything for new admission.
After taking follow up with them finally they allow me for 5 days simulator practice in the class, after that they told me, that as per my requirement of batch time i. E. 09.00am to 10.00am this batch is full now so you have to wait for another few days, & another reason that we require the learning license for the driving practice, which was not updated properly at the time of joining class, that time the statement was different. After that one day only one call i received from this branch to know the license part.& no more updates for the theory lecture & not any training session which was committed at the time of joining to class.
As a customer i cannot take follow up for your stupid things to complete my driving classes, if we see the market there is lots of competition& options are there for driving school classes, somehow after taking positive feedback from other people’s for maruti driving school class i choose the same but totally disappointment, but this was really pathetic & much unorganized process.
Somehow i want my classes fee refund i. E. Rs.5525/- at any cost now & what will be the charges for 5 days of simulator practice you can deduct & refund my amount on urgent basis.
Pls don’t call me for any false commitment & to convince to continue the class, as i already joined another private class for driving now.
Pls take a proper action & let me know when i can come to collect the amount for which was i paid for your service. Was this information helpful? |
