My Flower Tree — fake website

I had ordered a cake and flowers on the occasion of mothers day and it is still not delivered.
No customer care response, call is in a queue since last 2 days.
They are cheaters and now i have realized that they only have fake website and earning money via just taking orders and not delivering at all.
My order number was 496006 which is still in preparation.

I want my money back they looted me. My order is not delivered. I am quite heplesss I paid almost 1300 rupees. These are my hard one savings I am just a student I don't know what to do. Please help me out I beg you
