My Flower Tree — Same day delivery order not delivered

Had ordered flowers on occasion of valentine’s day (14th february 2022) from your website as same day delivery was available and confirmed.

I paid 589 rs for it via credit card

I did not get the delivery on 14th february and the status was showing as in the processing since morning and if it is delivered on 15th february it did not make sense to me.

I am trying to talk with help and support portal and asked to cancel the order, bht no one is responding properly.
I had dropped multiple messages on support portal but not getting any response

Please treat this complaint seriously.
