Had placed an order for a bouquet of carnations - SERENE BEAUTY- a collection of pink and white carnations. The bouquet was to be delivered with a card with a message.
The order was placed on 12/05/2024 for standard delivery for the same day - before 9 p.m.
The order was delivered after 9 o'clock
The bouquet was incorrect- received a bouquet of yellow and white roses. The card was blank without a message.
Reported it and I received an email that it will be sorted out shortly on 13/05/2024 at 4 a.m.
I have been trying to call several times and was just put on hold without getting in touch with a representative . Got in touch twice but they were completely unhelpful.
They have an email ID that doesn’t work: [protected]@myflowertree.com
They don’t respond to any WhatsApp messages.
