My Money Deducted By Othpg — My money deducted by othpg

I paid 1700 mony to my college for exam fee (women's college Ranchi)but money doesn't reached to their(college) account and it get deducted from my account. Then I checked my money transaction details and it shows money was deducted by othpg.I have all the transaction details photo on my phone.
