I have ordered for prestige mixer juicer grinder on 9th August but I have received coffee maker on 16th August immediately a place for replacement after two days they have sent the mail stating that how to submit the documents which I have already submitted that I have rejected stating that my name is not matching with Flipkart ID and the documents which have send and later on 22nd I call the customer care Flipkart customer care and they told that your details or not matching so that is the reason seller rejected your request and the same day there please request for the refund and I'll change the name in the Flipkart ID to as per my documents after 2 days have received a mail that how to submit some documents like a the product which have received and my documents like voter ID and other and today I have received a mail and message stating that one cell accountable to unable to fulfill your refund request and in the mail it was stated that my name is not matching with the documents which have submitted and the details under asking to re submit the documents which are already done long back for the same I am trying to contact customer care they put it on me hold for one minute and later the disconnected the call requesting to look into the issue and resolve it on priority because ninth I have ordered and to that I have provided the payment through credit card that is of 2200 and still now I didn't get any resolution
