My Team 11 — my team 11 suspended my account when 20000 rupees in withdrawal processed

As per my team 11 staff i was created a account on my team 11 by email [protected]@gmail.com on 12 aug 18 and i also created a account by email [protected]@gmail.com on 12 jan 19 which is used by me hardly 2 or 3 days because i dont know that user can allow for one account. I verified my account [protected]@gmail.com with my pan no. And bank account and start playing till suspension with this account. I did a lot of transaction and small withdrawal with my bank account. After winning a league of 20650 rupees, i placed a withdrawal request 18000 rupees on 17 feb 19 and after that my team 11suspended my account on 18 feb 19 and showing reason multiple account. My question is why my team 11 didn't suspend my account when i was withdrawing small amount of money. Why they didn't check multiple account when i was withdrawing small amount of money after 12 jan 19. And why team 11 didn't warn me after 12 jan 19. If that time i was valid for small amount of money after 12 jan 19 then i am also valid for my winning amount. This is happened not only with me, my team 11 doing this other users also. I am in depression due to my team 11 doing unfair with user. I request to take necessary action again my team 11, so that in future it is not happen with other user because they earning money continue their users and payment time they remember fair play policy
