I have visited the vgp universal kingdom with my family for a sunday outing on 25th jun 2017, with family. The parking pace was very creepy. But I was early around 10.30 AM in the morning and there were enough space. Just when I was looking for a corner/shade, I was whistled by the sceurity (the gentleman in the pic named 'sec'), and he asked me to park in a particular spot. There were 2 cars parked next to each other and he asked me to park mine next to them, as third one. That place was a reasonable one but not under shade, but I didn't want to argue for that, was happy to cooperate with security and parked my car where he showed his fingers. He even guided me to park my car by giving 'reverse' signals.
And we were done with all amusements and were back to parking by around 6 PM. What I saw there was a nightmare...an obscene, awkward, painful, annoying and what not the scene is????? I still cannot digest the way I saw my car...ok, first things first...fact is, my car which was parked parallel to the 2 adj cars, was displaced and was in perpendicular position to the other 2 cars when I came back. see images 'car_pos 1' (original position how I parked) and 'car_pos2' (how they displaced it MANUALLY). The image car_pos1 shows 2 cars, after which mine was parked in the same position - front facing the east and rear the west. The image car_pos2 shows my car - silver hyundai xcent diplaced by them manually in such a way that the front facing to north and rear to south. No where in the world this could have happened...I asked the security person who asked me to park my car in that place and he said that, there was a bus and it was locked by 2 cars parked infront of it. Since they cannot lift 2 cars and make space, they felt lifting mine was easy and done the same. No wonders that anyone who see their car, a sedan car, just 6 months old, was lifted and handled manually will get pissed off. They could have called me on loud speakers to move my car...or else he could have asked the other person to wait...not sure how can they manually lift a sedan car whose KRAB WEIGHT IS MORE THAN A TON...
No prizes for guessing what could have happened next...he immediately started blaming that I parked in a wrong position..I helped that gentleman recall who showed me that spot...I just wanted to know who gave them the authority tp move/manhandle a parked car, in gear with hand break on !!Also I wanted to speak to a reasonable person and asked for a manager..they sent a raw guy (pic named supervior) who simply said - "ama thappu than, appadi than pannuvom...ipo enna seiva?" which translates to "yes, it is not fair, and this is how we will do...what the hell you wanna do now?" I accept that I shouted at him, but could you ever keep your calm when you see your parked car is displaced 90 degrees??
I would call that place a HELL OF INHUMAN, ARROGANT AND IGNORANT ######. I' am yet to screen my car with a hyundai service station and I can manage it...but just letting you know the way they do the parking business in vgp and how they handle a situation. BEWARE!!!
