Myfab11 — refund & winning amount not given

I was joined two matches on 26th Dec'19 CHE vs SOU & MUN vs NEW in head to head contest 1290/- and 1635/- respectively.Myfab11 not shows live match dashboard due to some technical problem, and fab11 said that the problem was solved within one week.But I had mailed to them, but not reply from the fab11 team.
MyFab11 team not responded while issues occurred and customer care number not available for the same

Yesterday PSL match & English T20 match joined...total winning amount 4240 system only credit 240...where is my amount 4000????fraud cheating...don't install
