Mygubbi — Faulty Product Delivered

As we all can see from existing reviews, mygubbi is an absolute cheater. Despite reporting them a wardrobe issue 5-6 months back they simply keep telling we will attend, we have shortage of replacement part etc. There is a sales man called Mr. Rituraj Baruah from Assam (https://www.linkedin.com/in/rituraj-baruah-b4b3bb22/?originalSubdomain=in) who becomes so friendly during sales but escapes all the time. He is the one who cheated us. He never picks your calls, neither replies over messengers. All the time keeps lying. BEWARE OF THIS GUY AND THIS COMPANY.

This Rituraj always asks for 1 week's time to get back with an update but ignores you all the time when we try to reach back. I have all proofs available with me. All chats, all comms.
