Recieved a wrong product, raised the complaint immediately, at starting they asked for a 72 hrs deadline, then again for 24hrs, then again for 24hrs, and when the solution arrives, we regret to inform you that your request has been declined as the product was shipped from our end post stringent quality check. Hence, we will not be able to accept return exchange and the decision stands final.
Totally worst i requested evidences from their end, but their internal policies do not permit them to do so.
If you shipped a right product, then you should not hesitate in providing proper evidence to customer as he too is providing.
Totalllly worst
a case should be registered against these fraudsters.
