I ordered two products from Myntra on 01/06/19. The first product was to be delivered on 06/06/19 and the second product was to be delivered on the 09/06/19. But products have not been delivered till date (18/0619). I have complained to Myntra on 4 times and I always get the same response, that we're working on it and we'll take a complaint regarding this. I even asked for a cancellation request and refund, to which they said that the package in on route and cannot be cancelled and that I should refuse to accept the product when it's delivered. I have prepaid for these orders, so why shouldn't I get my money back, the fault here is with Myntra and it's logistics team, why should a customer have to pay for it with their time and money. Please help resolve this. Thank you.
